Yes, you can buy extra sessions when your package ends, either another package or intention (one-off) sessions on a pay as you go basis.

Coaching is a professional service and a key part of your personal development and is therefore classed as a business expense.  If you're employed, your manager should be able to guide you on whether you're able to expense this and if they'd like any information from me, please do not hesitate to pass across my details.

Payment for one-off sessions are made upfront and there is the option to pay in instalments for coaching programmes. Please get drop me an email if you’d like to discuss setting up a payment plan.

My specialism is coaching, where the focus is mostly forward looking; counselling often concentrates more on looking back and understanding the past.

Coaching is largely a great compliment to counselling or therapy and during our discovery call we can talk about this and if you have capacity to commit to one or both practices.  If during our discovery call I feel coaching isn't right for your current journey I'll always give you transparent feedback and we can stay connected in case that changes in future.
