Hi, I’m Lucy, a holistic life & career coach, dog mum, step-mum, Leo, Midlands-made and Hertfordshire-based. After 15+ years leading, developing, and coaching teams for some of the world’s most recognised fashion and consumer brands, I built With Lucy Joanne to support ambitious women in a way that feels real, human, and completely unique to them. I also offer corporate coaching and HR consultancy services, bringing a people-first, commercially grounded approach to organisations that want to support their talent more intentionally.

I blend heart-led coaching, lived corporate experience, spiritual insight, and grounded accountability to help women rediscover who they are beneath the noise, and create a life they truly love, without sacrificing success or self.

MY STORY MIGHT SOUND FAMILIAR

Like many women, my path followed a familiar trajectory: a first-class degree, a dream job in the city, promotions, opportunities, and a thriving career. On paper, everything looked perfect, but deep down, I realised something was missing.

During a leadership workshop, a simple question changed everything: “What do you love in life?” I had no answer. It wasn’t an instant ‘aha’ moment, it was a wake-up call.

I knew I needed a reset. I loved my career, but I wanted to love my life too. It wasn’t about doing less; it was about living intentionally, aligning my priorities, and embracing my most authentic self.

Now, as a holistic life & career coach, I help ambitious women rediscover themselves and create a life they love, one that is aligned, fulfilling, and intentional. My approach blends heart-led coaching, lived experience, and spiritual insight with grounded accountability.

I create a safe, empowering space where women can be ambitious, courageous, emotional, messy, fierce, and magnetic, while being supported to grow into their fullest potential.

Whether through 1:1 coaching, revival walks, workshops, or retreats, I guide women to reconnect with their values, embrace clarity, and take aligned action to live authentically.
